I am writing this review based on a phone conversation that lasted 15-25 mins.
I’m currently in process of a custody trial starting.

Now to the review:
When I spoke with Mr Lutzky, I felt a great sense of “this person gets it” and he took the time to listen to my pain points, and offer advise such as how to best handle the retainer and other fees in a way that doesn’t break my pockets. His attitude toward how my case is currently being handled in courts - really made me feel he understands this custody court system and process intelligently.

Being a dad who pays over 50% net income to child support it was a breath of fresh air to hear a supportive plan that actually made sense to my financial situation.

The honesty in the conversation for me personally, is what convinced me to start paying a retainer fee and hire Mr Lutzky as my representative. I look forward to working with Mr Lutzky - through this case process, and I’ll update at the end of the tunnel with a follow up review.
