We have been pleased with their services with a Cash Balance Plan.

Note - Regarding the negative review, all their fees are clearly outlined. It seems like this person wanted something for nothing. They do a great job, but they have bills to pay like everyone else, so they charge for their service.

I was sold a defined benefit plan and 401K plan. I paid to have these plans set up. After I declined to use them to update the 401K plan and wanted to use a different third party administrator, they terminated their services altogether. I would not recommend getting involved with them as they will charge extra fee's once you start working with them. Very disappointed and very unprofessional!
