I signed with them to quickly cancel with them. They sent me to the wrong place so far from my house in the hood where I had to go througha cage to what was supposed to be a Dr but was NOT. Wouldn't return my calls about it. Then when I emailed them to terminate my contract I got them on the phone. Manager was nice. Then Cindy calls laughing about my horrible experience and goes on for 5 minutes about how she got in trouble. I'm thinking wow, I'm going to get Billed for her getting a kick out of this and telling me about her personal life Are u kidding me?
She then tells me to wait by the phone to expect a call from a doctor that never called. I told her I needed to get on a zoom meeting and I would have to cancel, she said to so I did. Big mistake to think they wouldn't screw up again.
Luckily they had done nothing right and let me out of the contract. Glad they got a good laugh about my concussion and hospital experience. Definitely would not recommend. Very unprofessional.
