I got in touch with this office in Queens through my employer after going through a homebuyer’s worst nightmare. I asked them to take my case but my experience was (a ok) if you are using them for a perfect scenario happy home buying experience. It took a lot a pushing to get answers as my e-mails were often answered with “will follow up” or a vague one liner. Phone calls were no better as looking back once all the dust settled NONE or my request were ever honored. On the contrary the sellers request were met with no further questioning.
