I chose ILP based on their strong 4.9 rating and positive reviews, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I paid the firm to draft and send a demand letter to a contractor who failed to complete the work he was paid for. Unfortunately, communication throughout the process was severely lacking.

Despite repeated attempts to follow up via phone and email, I did not receive any updates or responses for 25 days. This was frustrating, especially given the long timeline involved—from posting the payment on September 9th to finally receiving the drafted letter on September 30th, which I promptly sent on October 3rd.

The last communication I received from the firm was on October 9th, ending with “Will keep you posted!” However, there was no communication from that date until today, despite messages I left with the receptionist who answered the phone. While I understand that cases may vary in urgency and the team might be busy, I expected at least basic follow-up. The service I received fell short of their highly regarded reputation, making this experience disappointing.

I hope this feedback helps improve communication and client responsiveness in the future.
