Here's the story:

After speaking to around a dozen different lawyers, no one knew about the particular issue I was dealing with and those that knew a little didn't give me a very clear nor comforting solution—and I was on the call with some of these lawyers for up to an hour.

When Jim called me back, he was very familiar with the situation and answered all of my questions in 20 some minutes and provided me with a very clear and simple and easy solution to the entire problem. He didn't even charge me. Jim is also an incredible listener, able to update his suggested approach based on new information I shared with him.

When I asked him if we may need his help to take care of the issue by paying him a retainer, he told us that it wasn't that complicated and he trusted us to take care of the issue.

I feel so much relief about the entire situation. Thank you so much Jim!
