Who knew! that an "age limit of 62+ yrs" is apparently/possibly another area of law Specialty? Would have been extremely positive had this, or any other atty office, been able to point me to say.... anywhere that might even possibly help this 62+ yr old disabled veteran and her 26 yr old autistic son locate assistance....
