Mr. Jacobs was extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing our dream home. He handled everything including the sales contract, leaseback, and document reviews. It was also great having a set fee package for all the work so we knew what the cost would be ahead of time. He was always responsive to questions and provided all the information we needed to make educated decisions. When there were scheduling conflicts, Marc always made sure we knew how to get ahold of him if needed. Even the title company mentioned he was great to work with. If we had it to do over again, we would absolutely choose Mr. Jacobs!

There is no way I will ever by or sell another home in the St. Louis area without Marc Jacob representing me. Not a chance.
