I want to take this opportunity to thank David Waltrip and his very capable staff especially Nicole Hahn. I had a very delicate situation that impacted my VA benefits. My initial consultation with David was informative and productive. We mapped out a plan and after a several months wait for the VA to schedule a hearing during which David and his staff researched, gathered and prepared required information..
During the actual hearing David and Nicole executed a compelling argument on my behalf. We had testimony via zoom from several witnesses and while you can never predict the outcome of such an event David and Nicole prepared such a compelling argument I left there knowing the task at hand could not have gone any better, as indeed it proved to be as the VA ruled in my favor.
