Highly recommend for all dui cases!
Scott's knowledge of the field was top notch.
He minimized my sentence & did a great deal bargaining on my behalf.
Pricing was very fair , especially compared to other lawyers.

Since I had used him before to represent me on a Dui charge before and he did do great work with that one and seeing as he is so highly recommended I decided to hire him on a current situation. This time was different. He did very little as to trying to contact witnesses and basically waited for the prosecution to offer a deal that did very little to my benefit. I believe he could have done better in my case and after talking with other attorneys ( after the fact)(more than one) feel that after the money was exchanged there was little that was done on my behalf for my case. At which point I could not afford to hire another attorney and couldn't get the money back from him as his contract states if you fire him he keeps it or if he decides to quit he keeps it.
His assistant/secretary was very helpful and returned my calls and messages promptly and kept me informed. He had canceled meetings more than once and didn't actually get ahold of witnesses not once. He was also very rude to my wife on more than one occasion and she very much so wanted the money back almost from the beginning but it was too late as contract had been signed already.

If you want top representation, I highly recommend Scott. He knows s the law and will fight for your rights. I needed an attorney who would not back down to the "system" and take it to trial if necessary. He was excellent in court and won the case. Definitely one of the best.

I’m not sure how Mr. Hilderman operates his business but I can tell you how he treats people he has never met when he calls looking for services at his residence. When he realized he didn’t call the business he thought he did he simply hung up on me like I was some sort of telemarketer who called him. When I reached back out because no adult hangs up on someone mid sentence he lashed out by giving my business a 1 star review. Well, here is yours sir, better late than never. I hope you treat your clients better than you treat people in other business simply trying to help you out.

Scott Hilderman is very competent & will take action to resolve your case as well as possible.
He was straight forward in his interaction with me & concise in his explanations as well as his plan to handle my case.
I am an RN who has the highest standards since my area of expertise was maternal child nursing, NICU/PICU as well as public health. Scott listened carefully, living up to my standards, even exceeding them by delivering precise action which resulted in a dismissal when he took the time & effort to meet face to face & confront the the deputy DA. He told her frankly, she would lose & why.
I recommend Scott without reservation & hope you achieve the same favorable outcome which was eluded by a disappointing prior attorney who worked on the case for almost a year. Scott resolved my case in weeks, always delivering what he promised.
