I was in a head-on collision in May of 2023 in Lakeside, MT and Abby was literally there for me! She helped me maneuver through the litigation with the insurance companies in a timely manner, was well aware of the medical help I would and should need and was knowledgeable in referring me to agencies and services that could help with my medical needs. During this time Rafael and Abby Moscatel helped my husband and I through a very stressful business transaction. They were personal, sensitive and available immediately to help us problem solve. Abby was a huge help all along the way! The communication was consistent and very helpful from the start. Our experience with Blacktail Law Group was excellent. We needed a law firm to work with us to file an amicus brief with the MT supreme court, and Blacktail guided us through the process and analyzed the brief for strength, cogency and constitutionality. I am pleased to report that, with Blacktail, we filed a brief in support of a law in MT which, though controversial at the time, has since been adopted as a federal law.
