I have spoken with 3 lawyers about a dental malpractice case today. Specifically a severed lingual nerve during a routine extraction. After the extraction I was urged by an oral surgeon to seek professional advice due to the potential long term effects and short term cost. 2 of the lawyers I spoke to immediately offered their services and wanted to take the case. Then, Mr. Fleming who I was most looking forward to speaking with called. His initial tone was abrasive and condescending. Before I could even begin speaking to him about it (it hurts immensely to talk at all at the moment) he gave me the indication he could care less about the description I was about to give. I asked if he wanted to hear the case because he sounded like he could care less and he responded, “you’re joking right? Good luck with your case”

Maybe he is a great lawyer, I can’t speak on that, but if you want to deal with someone who is dismissive and lacks empathy when you are likely going through one of the most difficult times in your life then he’s your guy. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity then seek counsel elsewhere.

I was hoping to avoid the ambulance chaser type of lawyer because it’s not the moral direction I want things to go, but Mr. Fleming’s dismissive tone made me feel as if a dental malpractice claim would not be worth his time. Even though it’s listed plainly in his website

The shame of it all is he may be the best person for the job, but I would rather deal with someone who treats ppl with a bit of respect

I reached out about my dental malpractice case and I regret doing so. Fleming is very passive aggressive and simply rude for no reason. You don't have to take my case, that's fine, but there is no reason to speak to potential clients as if their case is not worthy. I read similar reviews as such and it's amazing that they have miraculously disappeared.
