UPDATE: 04.APRIL.2023. County of Phelps, NE elected a woman. A woman of integrity. The county should do itself a favor; re-elect that woman (next election cycle).

Update: 6.feb.2023. Ms. Nelsen won the election. & to my recollection County of Phelps has only had 1 other female county attorney... I am excited to see the office of the County Attorney operated from a new perspective. The female factor; I hope it brings a higher standard of integrity and attention to detail.

useless.... the County of Phelps Attorney office makes a mistake.... and heaven forbid an attorney like Mike Henry admit he made a mistake. Or correct a predecessors mistake.

I pray Ms. Nelsen is more responsible with how the county attorney offices' poor choices can ruin a family. .... I hope Ms. Nelsen is more impartial than Mr. Henry. .... Mr. Henry tarnished the reputation of the office, and undermined the spirit of the law.
