My wife was severely hurt in an accident on the subway in 2019. At first we were told that because of Covid the Court was backed up and we were very patient and understanding. Since then communication has been spars at best and my wife was given dates that supposedly were set aside for her case to be heard. The dates came and passed and no follow up dates have been communicated to her. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and they will be more attentive to this case.

Im giving ONE star, because that is the minimum I can give.

As a pedestrian, I was struck by a car- TWO YEARS AGO. My lawyer Paul Generosa was about as useless as it gets. Story after story about all he is doing for me as his client. He gave me the run around for the better part of 2 years until he finally dumped my case into another attorney's lap without even saying anything.

Two years later, my case is still not being settled in court.

Id avoid this firm like the PLAGUE
