It is not even one star. On the 4th of July, I was waiting to talk with someone from 9:05 till 5 pm and still did not get to talk to anyone. The call dropped around 3:15pm. I had to call back. I really hope it was worth wasting my whole day for nothing. And I was calling from two different phones. I was number 3 all day and still didn't get to talk with no one. Sad situation. Tomorrow is another day. I will try again. I hope for different results.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Empire Justice and the service they provide to the community. Milo was wonderful to deal with and handled my name change with both compassion and professionalism. I am eternally grateful for the help I received from this organization. Empire Justice does a great job working with the Disability Community. Kristin Small really cares about disability rights issues and is really personable. She makes you feel comfortable right away and gives regular updates on cases she works on with you. Maggie Robb is also fantastic. Her warm personality and enthusiasm for civil rights make get a joy to work with.

The biggest down side is that the building has no free parking and the parking that is nearby isn't accessible.

Empire Justice is wonderful! They helped me get my social security disability benefits right away, after I was denied twice. I'm so happy I found them because they are persistent and will fight for ppl who are entitled to benefits but are repeatedly denied.

I waited 2 Mos for a problem, called every # avail to me for problem sat on hokf 90,87,130,37 minutes all day 4 days a wk w no answers at all other places, I x got a person sd hold just 3 mins while I look that up, find out what the prob is, I sd please, no, I'll get disconnected after on hold 135 mind, he assured me if that occurred he'd call me rt bk took my # was disconnected never a call back I called that place bk held 98 mins no 1 til it came to be 430 closing but empire justice, I got a really lovely woman in only a few mins who promised intake would call in 20 mind, exactly 20 mins I got tlreturn call, & an emergent problem was taken care of in 2 days thank you empire justice you guys are r the best!

Although they aren't physically open, I left a message for some info I needed and they called me back first thing in the morning the next day. Very courteous and helpful.
