I contacted Mr. Ray regarding an accusation of committing fraud, a potentially criminal matter! He was knowledgable and patient with me during this phone consultation for which there was no charge. When I walked into the office, it was a hive of the busiest of bees. When I retained Mr. Mitev, he and his staff were the epitome of professionalism, meticulous, and courteous, which made an otherwise hair greying experience non strenuous.
