Greg and Todd have been looking after me for a few years now and I have to say that I never felt so comfortable with the service and the attention I get from them. They have assembled such a Workforce over there where everyone just genuinely seems to really care and will do what they need to do to take care of their clients. Back in 2021 I had been injured at work, on a doctor's recommendation I received the information to contact Miller and Caggiano's Law office several months into my workers compensation case. I went from feeling overwhelmed and confused, to having proper guidance and information needed to navigate my workers compensation case that had lasted for nearly four long years. I’ve had several paralegals assigned to my case over the several years and two of them really stood out and went above and beyond during different points in the case. Danielle, who was assigned to my case over the first year and a half, did a fantastic job of helping me with the initial process of getting an attorney as well as navigating issues with Independent medical examiner issues, payment issues, et cetera early on. Shavea, who was assigned to my case later during the latter half of the second year and onwards has truly gone above and beyond. Any issue I have had during the past few years she has handled efficiently and has always done her best to calm any anxiety I’ve had over any issues. Over the several years of the case I have worked with several attorneys who have helped me through court hearings, medical examinations as well as getting onto disability due to my injury leaving me permanently disabled. On the disability hearing Francisco was the attorney who handled my hearing, and with his help I was granted full disability benefits which has helped improve my living conditions since I became disabled. For workers compensation one attorney has stood out and has helped me reach an acceptable settlement and medical treatment coverage for my work related disability, I owe Thomas a giant thank you for the work he has put in.

It's been a long road with numerous changes in my life and living conditions due to my injury turned permanent disability, without the help of Miller and Caggiano’s help I doubt my life situation would be anywhere near as hopeful. There have been several others who I’ve interacted with over the years as well even sparsely, and the one thing has remained consistent, The professionalism and kindness of this attorneys office. I would highly recommend them if anyone is ever unfortunate enough to be injured at work or disabled and need help through the disability application process and hearings.
