The did our personal and business taxes for 2 years. Without any details given they just didn't do the next years taxes. After more than a dozen requests and zero returned phone calls, zero. We finally asked for our documents back after 15 months of sitting on them. Funny, the only call we ever got back was our docs were ready to be picked up taxes not done. CHARLOTTE won't even answer up to her failure. Won't even answer the phone or come to the front desk to be and adult to explain what happened. When we got our documents back there were missing folders and no USB drive. They are garbage. DO NOT USE THEM. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY ZERO NOTHING. NOW WE'LL PROBABLY OWE TAXES AND INTEREST BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR BEHAVIOR. RUN AWAY FAST. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR TAXES. WHO DOES THAT WITH SOMEONE'S TAXES? ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE EVERYTHING TO DO THEM. CHARLOTTE EVEN PROMISED THEYD BE DONE BEFORE CHRISTMAS OF 2022. RUN AWAY.

I recently visited this business to get a copy of an IRS audit that had occurred over 20 years ago with my family’s estate. To my amazement, and In a matter of minutes, they produced a copy for me! What a fine company! If I didn’t already have a long relationship with another CPA, Razer & Associates would have my business!
