Use extreme caution when dealing with Mels Marketing & Consulting. The office is set up to steal your property and rip you off for as money as the owners can get their hands on. They are working with unscrupulous investors to take your property by fraudulent tactics. Everything a woman said in her review about the company is true. Do not let the people handle any real estate transactions. They will steal your property through deed theft.

Use extreme caution in dealing with this company they will have others work for them that, you won't know or meet and they will hand you blank forms to sign. You won't know who you're working with!! be extremely careful. When you cancel your contract they still try to get money out the deal. Greedy! Greedy !Greedy! Individual named Isac is the main culprit. He refuses to give his full name to people and hides out in the background while others do his bidding. He will file a lis pendens on your property and then demand money for his dirty underhanded transactions. Ms Smith worked with him and they also filed an illegal bankruptcy trying to get their hands on your property. Don't trust any of these people they aren't to be trusted. Isaac is affiliated with this office. And your office fronted for him. And aided him in fraudulent practices filing bankruptcy and lis pendens where he first demanded 100k and settled for 20k that he didn't earn. This was reported to the Department of Justice.
