I have been represented by Robert Tolchin and found him just extremely frustrating FOR THE OPPOSING SIDE'S COUNSEL, which is, of course, exactly what we wanted! He really unnerved the other side even when I was the one being deposed and that helped boost my own confidence in answering. Caring and understanding....

When one needs legal advice it is usuall they are in a place of vulnerability, and emotional frailty.

The staff at the berkman law firm from the support staff to the lawyers that you speak with are so caring and take your feelings into account with every conversation.

The knowledge and professionalism if the law staff is another thing that blew me away. They exclaimed to me how they will deal with me case in simple English, and watching them execute it in court was a well choreographed show.

Needless to say, they take their cases to the finish line and don't look to settle like other law firms!
