Felt strongly enough to leave a review - called Adam on 11/5/2024 to retain an attorney for condo dispute between members to seek injunctive relief. Before I could explain the issue, he rudely dismissed my case as a small claims court matter before even hearing that the issue was seeking nonmonetary relief and involving multiple condo members.

Based on other reviews, he likely does good work for real estate closings, so this is my personal experience.

I conatced the firm of Adam Kalish with an ongoping issue with my landlord who was not willing to compromise in ANY way. Mr. Kalish's office responded immediatly and after a lengthy free consultation it was decided to retaiun his services.
He took the time to explain all possible avenue's for a solution and the pro's and con's of each. He responded quickly to all inquiries that we had and even provided his personal contact information to help reduce the anxiety that we were feeling in the situation. Words can't describe how incredible Adam is as a real estate lawyer. He has a good moral compass and I guarantee he will negotiate terms in your favor.

My experience prior to finding Adam was horrible, the lesson in my experience is you need Adam and no one else to represent you in real estate transactions.

New York is filled with a lot of corruption and you need someone good by your side when you take the leap to buy a home or you will be in a tough position as I was.

My previous lawyer had the builder's best interest in mind and almost sabotaged me, I was at risk of losing a lot of money but Adam was able to step in and help me secure my deposit back and get out of a bad contract.

It makes me emotional to even write this review because as a nurse, It was very difficult to be going through all this during the pandemic and if it wasn't for Adam's confidence and ability to restore my faith I'm not sure where I'd be right now.
