I love how relaxed I get and how good I feel after a session. Liz has magic healing hands. The best part is the explanation afterwards when she tells what this animal did and this angel helped her heal me. I come out with an interesting story and more insight into my life and needs. Liz feels like an old friend. I’m so comfortable with her and I feel so much better after a session. We are lucky to have her here. Her room is comfortable and the center feels so light and positive.

Elizabeth is a knowledgeable, welcoming, and intuitive reiki master who has been able to put me at ease while helping to balance my energy and providing telling insights into my misbalances. Liz at JP Energies is fantastic! Her knowledge and talent is evident in all of the different techniques she uses to understand what messages your energy is trying to convey and works with you to apply that to your life. She's consistent, reliable and trustworthy. Liz will often leave you with "homework" or ways to apply things long after your sessions, so you can continue your journey. Liz is an amazing Reiki Master and teacher, and such a genuinely good person. As a client I can trust her to help me heal through the heavier events in life and celebrate the good. Elizabeth is a fantastic teacher and practitioner. I have taken Reiki 1 & 2 classes and a few others with her. Elizabeth holds sacred space, is kind and nurturing. She clearly is passionate about her craft. Well educated and well informed, I felt very comfortable during my sessions.
