I hired John September 6th to represent me on a couple of traffic tickets. The retainer was nine hundred dollars, which I paid that day. I was hoping to get the tickets reduced. The court date was november twenty first. I sent them the documents requested driving record copies of the ticket and I checked a week before the court date to inquire if I needed to be there and was told I did not. I am just now following up on this. As I have not heard from them during the holidays and when I try to contact them, no one is returning my phone calls or emails. Last week I called the courthouse to see what had happened, and the clerk there told me that I was a no show.What the hell is going on? Not good, not good at all. Am I going to have to get an attorney to get the money back from the attorney? That was supposed to represent me. This is driving me nuts.

Horrible! The service, if that is what you call it, was slow. His team jeopardized the buyers locked in interest rate. I am just glad that I did not have to actually pay him. Slow to respond or conduct follow up. Although I was not his actual client I had to follow up and provide documents so that the process could move forward. Failed to disclose all costs relating to closing, just took it upon himself to deduct them.
