However, the narrative takes an intriguing twist when, out of the blue, Mr. Kim, bedecked with an opulent Hublot timepiece adorning his dexterous wrist, nonchalantly divulged the existence of a towering $2,000 clinic fee. It bears mentioning that I had previously engaged in discourse with the medical facility, securing their acquiescence to forgo said exorbitant levy.
