Just like any other case it took a while but I didn't understand the magnitude of a case like this it was my first time. The professionalism was outstanding..A++++++++++. If anyone if anyone has a case for the federal social security I recommend olinsky law group they will let you know if you have a case or you don't there's no fooling around with this group. They treat you like a human being not a number. They keep you informed in every turn possible through online ...or through on text... And good old-fashioned mail.... The folks at Olinsky Law Group are wonderful people, truly serving their clients with their best interests at heart. After being denied twice for child survivor benefits, I was looking for a good law firm that would fight for me and help me to get the decision I desperately needed. I was mostly in contact with Kimberly MacDougall and Maria Emanuella who communicated with me during the duration of the process and Howard Olinsky was willing to take on my case. The day I got the phone call from them, they left a voicemail and much to my grateful surprise they said "yes" to representing me (I was getting nowhere with other law firms). They got to work straightaway and kept me in the loop during the process, and Kimberly was fantastic on the day of my hearing as well as the pre-hearing conference call she scheduled with me beforehand. They were extremely timely in requesting and sending records to the ALJ for review and made sure that every possible supporting document that was relevant to my case was included in my file, even successfully being granted two extensions by the ALJ to ensure that no stone was left unturned to get everything to bolster my case.
