I was not satisfied with my service. I was quoted at one rate and it ended up being 3 times that amount. They did end up settling for lower due to the fact they did not want to work with the company that did the payment plan. When I called them out on it, I was told that because they send me an invoice each month I could find different representation if i was not satisfied with the fee. My ex dragged his feet and even after going to court would not sign his papers. When I would ask what we could do was told that they would reach out to his attorney. They would but then nothing would happen but me being charged for the services. When the court reached back out to find out why the papers were not signed and that we would have to go back to court. My attorney told me that if I did not come up with a huge amount of money they would have to drop me as their client. This was even with me making on time payments every month. I ended up having to give in to my ex's demands so we would not have to go back to court and could get the divorce finalized. I felt like because I was on a payment plan I was not important enough. I was able to get the divorce because of them but did not feel like I was being fought for.

Terrible customer service they don't return calls or emails. They won't call you on the day you scheduled an appointment and then will reschedule you and still not call or give a reason as to why. Do not recommend working with them.
