Was literally lied to after I spoke to Michael himself a couple months ago for same case and he gave me insight on what to do, now today not even 5 minutes ago, his office FINALLY calls me back but not him and she asked about my SAME inquiry of case then proceed to put me on hold for 5 min and then come back to phone talking to someone else on headset and then as I make a throat clearing noise, she in utter shock apologizes for not realizing I was on phone and waiting and then she tells me, "I'm sorry, we cannot handle your case but I can refer you to a website with other attorneys who will be happy to take your case"🤦🏿‍♂️. Dealing with RADIO STATION advertisments are the WORST when it comes to legal, help and business matters. They all lie just like these guys, wasting my time.. I even asked to speak to him directly and I still was re-routed.. Poor service.. don't waste your time or money

Worst experience ever . Super unprofessional. They dealt with me for a year and suddenly dropped my case without any real reason. The woman who informed me basically screamed me out and hung up . They had terrible communication and sent me to the worst physical therapy places on the planet . Filthy offices and unprofessional. I would never recommend them . Now I’m stuck with medical bills because of them and a cold case because they took too long to do anything .
