I’d like to share my experience thoroughly, if anyone has doubts about retaining a lawyer. I called a few law firms before choosing Platta. Not once did they allow me to speak with an actual lawyer. I was put on hold, transferred, and asked the same questions over and over again. When I called the Platta law firm, they asked about what happened and the next minute, I had their top construction accident attorney on the phone. They didn’t waste any time and by the next day, I was in their office discussing a game plan for our case. This is how clients should be treated, no matter their injury. One of my friends called them too, and she was kindly rejected but they referred her to the proper attorney and she is grateful for it. This is how a proper law office should be run. I’m just happy that my friend and I found them before we gave up.
