Do not trust these “officers” aka psychology majors (literally). Will write up non compliance issues that don’t exist because they can’t be bothered to even walk to check. They are nothing more than a squatters resource for retaliation.

Tessa Booth H133, fr Code Compliance Department Animal care and control, was very unprofessional and very rude. As a worker for the city of FortWorth, she does not set an example as a great worker. She failed to give the correct information and did not provide any type of contacts on her first visit. She only stated that she would be back. Her second visit was horrible and very unprofessional, so my son failed to give her any information about his self due to her attitude, so she then threatened to call PD whom I team up with daily. Once they arrived he gave them his info that was needed. Tessa Booth was upset so she gave him as many citations as she could. Which will be taken care of. These are the type of people that we do not want representing the city of ftworth. There is a more effective way to handle certain situations for a better outcome. Her people skills are not where they need to be and maybe that position is not for her.

I had an experience years ago with a Apartment complex I lived in Fort Worth that would not give me a Handicapped parking. They helped me get out of my lease and they asked me to help take away there Government funding. So we wrote up the Agreement as if the Apartment Complex had one violation in one year from the date that the Apartment signed the agreement they would lose their Government Funding. They violated the agreement a month after I had left. The Apartment complex is on North Beach Street Garden Gate Apartments. They get the money because you are Disabled but do nothing for you.
