My mother and I hired John Malios as we were in an utterly desperate situation with my nieces and nephew. He was able to get us a temp restraining order within 48 hours and was fairly priced. We ended up getting the desired outcome for our kids. The trial itself went smoothly and he was attentive to everything we said and displayed on the stand. I would recommend him for custody battles!

Mr. Mallios is very knowledgeable and detailed about his cases. From the moment I stepped into his office, I knew I was in educated hands. I thought I had exhausted all options when it
came to my custody case. I had spent a good amount of time trying to find the right lawyer for my case, someone who wasn’t afraid of a challenge. Not only was my custody issue a rather

Our family suffered a great loss with the passing of our father. From the get-go, we knew we needed an aggressive, smart attorney to fight for us and we found one with John Mallios & associates. From the start we as a family were informed every step of the way by attorney Scott Damon. Any issues that came up, Scott was always communicating via, email, texts & phone calls even on the weekends. Scott is very personable and not what I would consider your typical attorney. He has a heart and is compassionate and was very understanding with our case. John is what I would call a pit bull in the court room. Very aggressive and gets his point across. The office staff was also great to deal with. It was a long hard-fought battle and without John & Scott and do not think the outcome would have been the same. I would highly recommend John & Scott!

He personally took the time to sit down with me and walk me through the process and answered all of my questions. Pretty much everything he said was going to happen, happened. Scott kept me informed on any changes that were occurring throughout the case and he was always available to me if I had any questions or concerns. John and Scott both treated me with respect, patience, and understanding. It made the overall experience far less daunting and I would recommend them to anybody who is going through a divorce and custody battle, particularly a fathers rights and custody, given the mother bias typically given in TX.
