This is a terrible law firm ... you have to call 20 times for the simpliest task ... their portal is trash their staff is inadequate everyone is lost or stupid they have managers for managers and their in a piss ant town like they are California lawyers... good luck ever getting one of the super lawyers to contact you they are to do good ... they will blow thru your retainer with 5$ an hr competent employees for 300$ an hour this is by far the worst law firm I have ever dealt with retain at your own risk

I’ve said the same thing every time and Mrs. Keathley is just not grasping it. This little app they use is worthless. It shows they don’t care about their clients. The firm didn’t submit anything till August 1. I told Mr. Keathley all this needed to be handled before April 22. I paid them two months before that and if I didn’t give them 1 star on google I probably would have never heard from them and just been out $3500. When I did call they couldn’t even find my information in their system. Then they blamed me for not using their portal that nobody told me about. Worst law firm ever. Consistently dropped the ball, and responded with nothing but excuses and rebuttals. Complete waste of time and money. Basically gave them $3500 to tell me what I already knew.

We would highly recommend Mr. Steve Keathley - He is an excellent lawyer! He was very kind, caring, and concerned for our situation with our daughter. (And concerned for our daughter) He was always very calm, and he gave us options on how we could handle the stressful situation. We feel like we were able to get the best possible outcome for our daughter's case. We felt like he was available to us - His firm has a portal where he was able to communicate and share documents with his clients. We always felt in the loop on what was going on and if we ever needed to talk, he was available to meet with us or have a conference call. I would use this law firm again if needed. Steve has done an excellent job in not only fighting FOR me, but also PROTECTING my interests! I highly recommend him for any criminal cases you may have! He handled both Navarro as well as Dallas county for me so he is willing to travel for his clients. I am going to do another review once my Dallas case is done to better inform anyone seeking an HONEST accurate review, however, at the present time regarding my Navarro Felony case Steve with the help of his OUTSTANDING legal assistants has achieved the outcome I was looking for(Dismissal)!! I also want to show my appreciation to his wife Sarah too!!! My husband and I hired her for our family legal matters and she was phenomenal in court! I have NO DOUBT in this duo team of attorneys as well as their staff! They get the job DONE! I WILL CONTINUE to refer Keathley & Keathley to anyone who needs a good attorney,but is too scared to hire just anyone, bc let's be honest here .. legal matters effect your ENTIRE life and an attorney ISN'T cheap. So if your going to spend the money why not invest in an attorney who is not only knowledgeable about criminal cases,but actually CARES about their clients! I can not say enough AMAZING things about Steve Keathley and his staff!! They definitely fight for their clients and are SO consistent and helpful. Steve is so nice and truly helped me with my case and Leslie is the sweetest most patient person! I definitely recommend Keathley and Keathley for any legal situations you might have.
