HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! GO ELSE WHERE IF YOU CAN OR SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND USE TURBO TAX!!! I paid $300 for tax services, I never received my refund and the IRS NEVER received my filing. This agent more than double my charge for them to file taxes to the tune of $800 for last years filing. I have email proof. Unprofessional and Unethical. Someone also used my information for care credit in another state! I’ve never had surgery. I’ve turned their information in to an attorney and the authorities. An investigation for fraud should be under way! Their PTIN should be dissolved right along with the business!
