Great people, Great Service, Just GREAT all around!! They're always available for what seems to me like random questions, but they always come through with a reliable and reasonable answers. Their resume online looks good as they provide a wide range of services that seem to benefit small businesses (tax prep, quick books, cash flow management, etc.). They also have a good bench of support personnel that look like they could cover a variety of issues. As such, I was considering working with this group on accounting and tax prep matters, as I run my small business out of Fulshear where they are located. However, I called the office three times over a week attempting to schedule a meeting and got voicemail each time without a call back. Probably not a good fit for my business, as I need someone who will actually answer the phone.

Most unorganized, rude, irresponsible group of people I have ever had to deal with in my life! I was asked to bring my documents in for review after they had caught up on other things. After a month had gone by I called to follow up and they lost ALL my documents and accused me of loosing them. Then they insulted me when I started to panic about all my hard tax documents disappearing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Extremely unprofessional!

Worst experience ever. I'm a new business owner and I told brenda I needed help with my taxes and getting started. She gave me the most vague directions aND seemed completely careless about helping me. Whenever I would have a question about something she acted like I'm stupid just because I didn't understand something? Horrible service! Will never use or recommend her to anyone!
