Garcia Law Firm is my one stop shop for all my real estate needs. Contracts, TRO’s, evictions, bankruptcy. Most recently I was in need of having my tenant evicted, Shawna stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process always keeping me updated on the status. We hit many obstacles, appeals etc it was a lengthy eviction… however, Shawna was amazingly able to navigate around each obstacle in new creative ways to win this particular lawsuit for me… I’m so grateful to have met Marcielas and her team at a real estate seminar, she was able to propel my business to new heights.
