I am deaf as I used my video relay interpreter on my phone, however, I received an call as I answered the phone and she throws as shotgun then hung up without greeting to explain the reason of rejection. I did called back why she hung up so fast and she act likely that she didn’t hung up but just leave a message. I am already on the phone to answer and not leaving messages. She is extremely rudely and I believe someone need to fired her for not do right. I can reported to my other company not to use this for having the front desk so rude.

Save your time and money. Horrible customer experience. Unacceptable response time to emails. No sense of urgency. Dishonest. Could not deliver commitments on time. Incapable of finding a solution to our needs. Lazy, lethargic, incompetent, and careless. Chat GPT was more helpful than the counsel I received.

Receptionists were kind and helpful (only reason for 2 stars). However, 5 times I called and was told one of their associates named Kiki (sp?) would get back to me. 5 times she failed to do so for a short, simple question. I was not asking for free advice. If action on their part had been required I would gladly have made an appointment and paid the appropriate fees. I got the answer from a different firm with no delay. I would not ever recommend this firm because of a total lack of respect for me and my time.

After reading reviews on this firm I feel compelled to speak up about my personal experience with George Carroll as well as other Attorneys and Staff, including Linda, Rebecca, Kiki, Nathan, Adam, and Chance.
I am sorry if I left anyone out that was also a part of my case(s) as I feel blessed and very fortunate to have chosen George as my Attorney.
My situation involved Guardianship for my mother as a result of placing her in assisted living and her husband deciding to file for divorce. This was time sensitive in order to protect my mother and speak for her at her request when needed. That time came before we expected, but the wheels were in motion before that occurred. All I wanted was for her to get the best care and enjoy any quality of life possible. First off in my eyes I felt like I was able to partner (so to speak) with George and his associates seeing first hand the extensive effort that everyone involved was going through. I know that being election time during this case caused delays as the Judge originally set to hear this Guardianship was already beaten in the election effective Jan 1, 2019.
Carroll and Associates never back off and we were fortunate to be granted Guardianship in late December. George Carroll and his team never stopped working relentlessly on this case.
I am from out of State, but I spent a lot of time in Texas away from work seeing and constantly being updated on the vast amount of time and work George and his team were doing. Unless you are fortunate enough to get a team who does things right the first time as George does, then I guess you get what you pay for. When you need a good Attorney and one that is as driven, knowledgeable and truly caring about his clients, then I say to you, your best bet is to use George or one of his team members (Attorney’s).
Learning first hand all the challenges the Attorneys actually go through dealing with changes in laws, Courts and Judges having to sometimes learn as they too must come up to speed, often causing Attorneys to provide information or other legal fillings being requested by the court, which at least in my case, the Judge kept adding on another and another, which the Attorneys have no way to foresee, as each time they have complied with the courts request. Sometimes the wheels of justice move slow, but the Attorneys are really at the mercy of the Court, and yes, this may increase the fees, but nobody is intentionally dragging out cases for money.
Rest assured I rarely post a review, but i want you to know I put all my faith and trust in George Carroll and it is the results that ultimately count, not the money. As a matter of fact I put down a retainer being informed that the ending cost would most likely exceed said retainer.
George and associates never gave up and worked hard on this case and residual requirements needed to deal with said outcome.Without a doubt in my mind, all while keeping me informed as to the steps and progress or cause for lack of progress was taking place. Much effort in closing out the Guardianship followed among other things, all of them being handled delicately and with respect.
I am forever indebted to you, George, as we were able to succeed in giving my mother the chance to enjoy some quality of life while she went through rough times. God knows she appreciated it too!
