The Willi Law Firm of Austin, Texas recently set up a trust for me. The firm consists of a husband and wife, both exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in Texas trust law. They have an in depth level of experience in creating trusts and it shows. The trust was completed rapidly and with a high level of attention to the kind of detail that results in rapid and hassle free transfer of property when that time comes, as it must for us all. I was particularly impressed by the reasonable charge for this legal service - a flat rate no matter the number of items populating the trust. The instructions as to how to create, fund, populate, and maintain the trust were crystal clear and extremely easy to follow. The Willi firm was there for me at every step in the process. For example, a mistake that I made in the paperwork was corrected and back to me in my inbox the next morning as a revision. (I want to emphasize the mistake corrected was mine, not the Willi's.) If you want to set up a trust I couldn't recommend any one else for the job. They are simply the best. Very nice and down to earth people too.
