This is my 20 years post having this attorney update!

First, I never hired this attorney to represent me! He was paid for and hired by my ex boyfriend who directed this man to drop all the charges against the ex and have them all put on me. And that's what he did!

I'll never forget the lie that he told me, that 'If you plea nolo contendre, it'll be like you were never arrested at all, you won't have a record'.
And boy was that a lie that I feel for hook, line, and sinker.

His lies and taking advantage of my naivety in my youth has hurt my life in so many ways over the years. He never explained anything to me, ever. He never represented me or my best interests. He represented money's best interest and whoever wallet that money came out of.

And when I tried to understand this, calling his office to speak with him after the fact, his receptionist Cindy (don't know if she still is, but that's who it was at the time) not only cussed me out, but cussed my mother out.

I could not ever in good consciousness reccomend this attorney to anyone.

Heed warning and find a attorney who represents YOU. Check with the real people who have interacted with this man and hear their stories. You just might save yourself from a horrible fate.

Used this guy years ago, promise me justice. He lives up to his first name. Make no mistake he will take your money and throw you to the mercy of the court. You will never hear from him until your court date and you will basically have to represent yourself unless you want to hand over more money on the spot even after paying up front. Very dishonest!

We are always happy with the outcome we get using Dick as our attorney. When its buisness hes to the point and ready to go. If it seems uneasy or uncertain he gladly lightens the mood. Oh and of course hes a busy man so when we call and get to speak with Cindy shes just as knowledgeable as him can clear questions right up and if un sure will speak with Dick and gives you a call right back. Times could be unsettling and they go out their way to make you feel like you are not a bother and everythings going to be ok!

He took our money, stall the case, then when you have an appointment he will wait till you get there and tell you that he requires a negative covid test before you can go into his office. I won't step foot in his office again. I think it's time he retires. Save your money and find a good attorney. I understand being cautious of covid but if you are so scared of it then you should lock yourself in your home and especially not take someone's money who doesn't have it to begin with. Btw he wasn't worried about you having covid when you're writing him a check.

Wasted my time. took my money. sat on his ass .didn't answer my phone calls .secretary lied about him being busy in court when in reality he had surgery. case never moved forward i lost my house ,my inheritance and so much more because i trusted them an thought they were helping me. When he finally sat down with me it was cause he wanted more money. 2nd time we sat down he was going over with me a motion he was asking me if i wanted to file .after waiting all those mons i came to realise he didn't even know jack about my case misunderstood the paperwork . When i realised what a joke he was. i took my divorce case else where. He refused to pay back the money but never used it to file a thing!!!! . Never sent a reciept!!! they're crooked as could be and because they lied!! and didn't move my case forward or even bother to look at evidence there wasn't much my next lawyer could do had my original lawyer filed something within the first 2 wks i could have been back in my house and with my kids. These ppl are a joke and now that i have the time i am reporting him to the bar for 1. Taken my money and not doing anything to help me. 2. Not knowledgeable in his own line of work. And refused to ever look at anything that would have help my divorce case / prove everything my ex said was false 1st thing my new lawyers did look at evidence, give me a cell number to text them back b forth actually stayed in contact and file motion same day. ? dick turner needs to get out of the business.
