The following is my personal experience and opinion: Adult man was witnessed by two adults flicking my 15 year daughter’s skirt back in 2019. DA refused to file charges. Since then this same man has sent a completely nude photo to a 14 year old and seems to have possibly done something else similar because he currently has a case pending in court. If the DA had done their job the first time to stop this predator then maybe there would not be more victims! The DA has known he’s a predator for years!

The court advocate Debbie Day is a very kind lady who takes my issues as seriously as allowed. During a difficult situation, having someone 100% on your side is a blessing & she does her job as best she can. Being kind and understanding to victims is the best thing she does. 4 stars because my other advocate is jaded or she doesn't fake it as good. The guys at the front when you walk in are respectful & friendly. The investigations department did what they could & at first, the DA came off as brass & unpleasant. I was wrong & the guy is doing his job w/respect towards me & trying to keep me informed of the case, preparing me for what to expect in the court room etc. I can be emotional & I'm glad the staff are if anything professional at this office. Rides to & from court are also available if needed this kind of action is a good sign for the community that witness/victims have the means to be successful in their case & get it resolved. Thanks

Just watched "Accused: guilty or innocent" documentary episode on Rebecca Hogue trial. I was so Absolutely appalled by Oklahoma state , the above D.A/ office & residing judge I had to say something. They completely victim shamed & labeled a traumatized grieving mother, completely abusing tax payers money prosecuting this woman on a complete farce case, completely manipulating the jury but not allowing crucial evidence that would've had the case thrown out. I am absolutely Disgusted that this is how our system actually works. I truly believe we the people need to push for more serious laws on accountability & punishments for elected officials, judges and/or their office whom abuse and manipulate our justice systems in this way. It is out of control in every state and this documentary shows just how deplorable it is no matter the case.

Horrible experience. They railroaded me. Suppressed evidence. Pre-trial judge did not do his job and when they didn't have evidence he still bound me over for trial. Sutton county jail a year and a half asked for my evidence the entire time. My public defender Schumacher never gave it to me for a year and a half. Then my public defender after knowing that they were going to have to drop the charges cuz of lack of evidence because there was nothing they can find on me. Talked me into signing so she can get a judge's seat. All because of a person with money wanted them to do this a personal friend of theirs. Which I find to be a conflict of interest same thing also happened with my child was taken from me somebody knew them and I got screwed again. I would give zero stars but they won't let me

This office prosecuted me for a suicide attempt after finding out I had terminal stage 4 metastatic cancer in my brain. I realize I shouldn't have bought the pistol, but I was having a mental breakdown, I was 38!
They gave me 15 straight years, with a two year review. Violated the 8th ammendment. Railroaded me because of a 15 year old theft in my past. The ODOC further abused and violated me. Was a horrible experience for my children. The District Attorneys office hurt my family much much more than I did. Now I have a label as an abuser for the rest of my life.. funny thing is I'm passive and non aggressive....They got this one wrong! I wish I had the financial means to correct the issue!
It's a shame really... ruined our lives!

I have tried to discuss my sons death/manslaughter case and cant even get a telephone conversation. ...response to a letter...much less a sit down meeting of any kind. Too worried about more threatening glass/art from the friendly market!! Absolutely makes NO SENSE!! Have my sons killers arrested.....everyone knows who they are!

Next level bad service and poor communication. It's so bad that when they call you and don't have the answers to the questions they are asking you and tell you they'll call you back, they never call back. Or calling at 6:30 in the evening telling you that you have to come in for a meeting last minute, but don't give a time, only a date, and you already have something planned months out that can't be changed. Then, you call them back and they don't answer.

10/10 would not recommend you let anything happen to you in Cleveland County where you may need their services.

Greg is super into wasting the time and money of the taxpayers fighting a losing battle against the concept of pipes. Strange that we have time and money for this, but not actual violent crimes.
