The BBB of Northern Colorado and Wyoming is a valuable resource for businesses. I’m continually impressed by their knowledge and how they stay ahead of trends that impact BBB members. Shelley and her team are professional, responsive, and committed to supporting the business community. In addition to attending their well-organized receptions, I’ve also held workshops and utilized their meeting rooms as a member—each experience has been seamless and well-prepared. Highly recommend their services and facility!

I recently attended a Medicare event at the BBB sponsored by Mountain View Insurance Partners. What a great facility, with lots of parking and easy access. The staff was friendly and helpful, too.

I first joined the BBB in 2016, and have been a loyal advocate ever since. From a business perspective, joining the BBB did more for my visibility than almost any other action I took. I was welcomed with open arms and was supported with concrete networking and advice. Later, I applied for the BBB Spark Award and was fortunate to have been chosen as a recipient.

Fast forward to today, and I am proud to say that I continue to feel supported and championed by the BBB. Each staff member truly reflects the overall mission of the organization, which is to uplift ethics in the marketplace. They walk the talk and always "start with trust." The staff are as kind as they are competent.

I'm so glad our community has such a strong BBB presence. We are very lucky.

I've been an accredited A+ member of the BBB since, I believe 1987 I recently decided to use them to file a complaint about on of the worst businesses on the planet and they give it an A+ rating. They've had over 500 complinants over 3 years and over 200 this year. They ahave a 1.4 star rating on Google and almost everywhere else that has a rating system. After a long talk with the BBB representative I decided they are not trustworthy at all and have a horrible business slanted bias. I think I will at the very least quit paying for advertising and maybe quit altogether. If this is the best they can do it's just worse than nothing.

The A Good Moving Company movers were absolutely a life saver for me and mother. We had 3 other moving companies completely fail us, and needed to be moved out of our 2 bedroom apartment in Greeley asap. I called them with absolutely no notice (on a sunday afternoon) and got an actual person, no machines, and was so friendly and said he could assemble a crew and be down from Fort Collins in an hour or so, give or take. He sent 2 great guys ( Justin and Sam) and a Jumbo truck, they arrived on time, were very professional, quick, careful, friendly, and focused gentleman. They were extremely hard workers who didn't slack off for even 1 minute, they didn't mess around or chit chat, just stayed extremely on point and did an incredible job. They are the only people I will call for moving help in the future and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs help moving. Hire these guys and you will not regret it, thank you so much to A Good Moving Company and to Justin and Sam for being there to help us in our hour of need.

Filed a complaint 2 1/2 years ago. This office allowed the company, Banner Health, to respond 2 1/2 years later, and not only that, they REFUSED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES IN MY COMPLAINT. Instead of closing the complaint against Banner Health as unanswered 2 1/2 years ago, that would count against them, it sat there, I was dismissed and ignored from the BBB as the consumer but they were happy to allow Banner to respond 2 1/2 years later which is completely unacceptable. And, 2 1/2 years later, I provided 100% PROOF AGAINST THIS COMPANY, THE TREATMENT, HARASSMENT, FRAUD, YOU NAME IT, and this BBB 'closed this case as not resolved but answered'. Outrageous. BANNER DID NOT ANSWER ANYTHING IN MY COMPLAINT, but the BBB can still collect money from them - it is all about getting money and not about bad businesses. The BBB talks about integrity and Banner Health has NONE, but the BBB allowed them to not only wait to years to respond to a complaint, but say they 'answered and addressed all of my complaint' and that is 100% false and giving the public an incorrect account of what happened, and the public has a right to know. Clay did nothing but cut and paste a response, talking about integrity....then he never answered me when I asked how it is possible to allow Banner health to even respond after so long and how they can feel good about what I submitted, the proof of outrageous treatment; Clay ignored me yet again. The BBB is horrible anymore, it's all about memberships and they will take money from companies who lie, cheat, steal and hurt the public.

Roberts Heating and Air called me and offered $47 dollar furnace inspection and "tune up". When the service mean arrived at my house, he told me I had 4 cracks in my heat exchanger and needed a new furnace. I asked him to give me an estimate and told him I would be getting some other estimates as well. The guy then told me my furnace was dangerous and "Red Tagged" the gas to my furnace, essentially shutting my heat off. I looked the company up on BBB, and saw another complaint about this company doing the EXACT same thing. I called another company, who came out and said there were not any cracks in the heat exchanger and turned my furnace back on. They did note some other problems with rust etc (that Roberts had also showed me) and I got a quote from them for a new furnace as well. It was over 33% less. I find the 'service' that Robert's gave completely unacceptable, and it appears they now have a track record for this kind of strong-arming of their customers. I did note that when the guy from Roberts wrote up service info, he switched from saying there 4 cracks to saying he saw possible failures in the heat exchanger. Needless to say, I was pretty much expecting the heat exchanger to fine. Mary Jane K

I have been trying to contact the BBB for over 2 weeks. Around 35 to 40 calls to different phone numbers. I want to respond and take care of some reviews of the business I work with and no one can help me. The only people that answer is the people that sell the BBB susbscription. How can I possibely solve my reviews to get accredited if no one answers the phone or send us the reviews for us to solve. Javier a subscription agent told me they sent review to a certain email but there is nothing. I tried to contacting him as he is the only point of contact and no answer nothing. Don't even know if we want to get accredited.
