Choosing Trista was the best decision I made for my child support and parenting time modification. What impressed me from the start was Trista’s attention to detail, communication skills, memory of my crazy divorce/life story and her empathy for my children. Trista has strong morals and is passionate about family law. I have worked with her for over 3 years and have been incredibly happy with everything Trista has done for my case. I fully trust her professional judgment as she has never steered me wrong. I really saw Trista shine in court when she showed up professional, prepared, calm, respectful and assertive. I could tell that the magistrate respected her knowledge and approach. Trista is the hardest working and most empathetic attorney I have ever met. I have also been very impressed with Charlie’s organization, kindness, communication and knowledge. Bria Burgamy was my lawyer and was amazing through my entire case. Her and Trista make a great team!! They’re creative, patient, and quick on their feet. I had a REALLY complicated case and from the first phone call Bria worked really hard to make sure my child was safe and protected throughout the entire case, and for the custody arrangement afterward. The team here listens to your concerns, they’re honest about the possible outcomes, and they’re always proactive. Best representation I could have chosen, and thankfully, the best interests and safety of my child was always at the forefront and now is a permanent court order. Trista and her team are by far the most knowledgeable attorneys! I have worked with her in multiple capacities, including custody, contempt, pre-nuptial and everything in between and have been beyond happy with everything! They helped me come out where I wanted through my very contentious custody battle. She knew when to be more aggressive and when to be more passive. Trista Price and her team have been phenomenal to work with. I came into her office seeking legal advice on how to leave an abusive marriage with two little kids in tow. I was scared, broken and not sure where to start. Trista listened to me with patience and an open mind. She shot me straight and eased my mind, all at the same time. Trista and Charlie have gone way above and beyond to help me with my divorce and everything that happened after. They took what was a very difficult situation for me and made it a streamlined and easy as it could possibly be. And they are very real, down to earth people, that you can fully trust and talk to. After Everything they did for me, they actually felt like family, which is not something I would imagine one can normally say about their divorce attorney and Paralegal. I highly recommend them in every way! I don’t plan to ever get divorced again, but if I do, I’ve got my two people! ☺️
