THANK YOU!!! I called because the state requested an inspection of my books. I'd filed taxes on 940/941 for employees who were caregivers of my mother. I was told I needed to have a 1040 Schedule H for my employees, when I filed taxes with 940/941. You eased my mind today by telling me that since I filed my taxes as W-2 employees that I didn't need the schedule H.
