I have been using Harmon Accounting and Associates for over 15 years dealing with military service and self-employed tax returns and has gone into detail every year to make sure that nothing is missed I've never had any issues and recommend them for anyone. They do great work!

I know that the Coronavirus has drastically compromised peoples' ability to work, but the service we have had from Harmon and Associates has been completely unprofessional. My husband and I have been trying for over a month to get Mr. Harmon to tell us the status of our tax return. We filed or return way before the deadline back in March, but NEVER received a tax return. My husband has called multiple times, left multiple messages with the secretary, sent multiple emails, and has NEVER gotten a response. The poor secretary apologized profusely because of her BOSS'S UNPROFESSIONALISM! It is not even her fault!

How difficult is it, even in these confusing times, to pick up the phone or to send an email with an answer? We are not asking for special treatment...we just want Mr. Harmon to perform the service we paid him MONTHS AGO for, receive an answer, and know where our money is!
