Nurse Shana was a God send. She is very compassionate at her job. Her bedside manner was absolutely professional. She knew our loved one was getting close and was with us when they passed. She was very caring and amazing.

I had left hip replacement the first of Nov. the PT services were at my home the day after I came home. Meghan was my physical therapist. I was so blessed to have her! So professional, explained the reason for the exercises and gave me praise when I finished a session. I am on my way now to outpatient therapy just 2 weeks later. Each session I could feel my left leg get stronger! She encouraged me at every step and exercise during my home therapy. She gently encouraged me to do more each session. My husband and I are very grateful for her and this service. I truly believe that she made me realize I could continue to move forward to become independent and reach my full potential after this surgery. Wish I could give her more stars!

I live in Ragland and my nurse is Kaitlyn. She is truly a wonderful human being and caring nurse. I broke my leg and have been in a lot of pain and discomfort. I needed to be seen yesterday and when I spoke to her she immediately, without hesitation, said yes I’ll be there at noon. She truly cares if I’m having a hard day or how I feel or what’s on my mind. She is not there for a paycheck she is truly there to care for her patients. Even my littles ones love her and she makes it a point to remember their names and be kind to them. She goes out of her way to make sure not only the patient but our families feel loved and cared for. I wish all nurses had the heart that she has because the world would be a better place. I am blessed beyond measure that she is my nurse ❤️

This is an awesome company. Each one of the staff that came to my home for occupational and physical therapy, plus the nurses, were excellent. They all portrayed a caring spirit as they worked with me. Very timely with their appointments, too. I would deffinately recomment them for anyone needing in home care.

My husband was on a pic-line for 6 weeks. Brittany was the main RN that came to our home every week and she was outstanding! But I have to say the other nurses we delt with, one who came to our home and one who walked me through a stressful "moment" one evening, were just as wonderful! Everything we went through was so wonderful because of them and all the staff involved in making it happen! It couldn't have been any better!! Thank you for being so wonderful and giving us peace of mind through everything.

Please do not depend on this hospice company to show up when you need them. My family called the Compassus main number as the nurse requested when major changes occurred, the Director answered and instructed my mom to give more meds. My stepfather died hours later and the hospice nurse never attempted to come. Apologies for dropping the ball are not sufficient after the fact. Families that need a hospice service need and want people that care and are dependable. We did not experience that with Compassus so please research more options.

My mother-in-law has used this service recuperating from pneumonia. Everyone was very helpful, always there when needed. We would use them again if needed.
