I had these people serve my court documents and send me a statement of truth it didn’t have everything listed. I called to get it amended asking for specific items that were supposed to be listed. He listed one of the two and told me that the other document I NEEDED listed wasn’t important, like he’s knows what is supposed to be done.(it’s not your case. You were PAID to do it correct). The clerk of court that was asking to have it added and for you to tell me that those document don’t matter then try and charge me to amend it again due to your negligence. And your attitude sir, is uncalled for.

Delayed Review:
I reached out to Steve in early March 2020 after reading the positive reviews, hoping to get help with a stressful situation. This was my first time needing to hire a process server, and I was upfront about being unfamiliar with the process and having very little information about the estranged family member I needed to serve. Steve assured me he could handle it.

However, after nearly a week of very little communication, I decided to look for another process server. I informed Steve that his services were no longer needed, but he still requested payment. When I expressed my concerns, he made me feel as though my case was unimportant, remarking that I was "just one of the 100 cases" he was working on. He asked for payment for the "attempted service," but the only action taken was a single phone call.

In contrast, the other process server I hired had the person served in under an hour with the same limited information I had provided. They handled my case with the urgency and professionalism I was hoping for from the start
