Did nothing but waste our time and over billed us for services that we're not performed on time or at all.. raised concerns about case after court date.. never called when he said he would.. fraud artist.. if u wanna waste money and get poor service this guy's for u.. refused to send bill in a timely manner.. double billed for reviewing our case specific s..

I Paid him 10k , he has not filed one thing , one excuse after another , I hired him in Hawai‘i and I stayed there for months after my mothers death just waiting for a meeting , but it was always to late when he would drive from Hilo to Kona , so it was let’s get dinner , he would get a room where I was staying , I’d call him in the morning and he would be gone , we actually sat in the business center of the hotel for a hour maybe and then let’s go to dinner and the next morning he would be gone , 4 times he drive to Kona and nothing , but being billed 300.00 a hour , my retainer is gone and I have nothing to show for it , he also took my mothers original will and trust but now denies having them , they are irreplaceable , he told me he taped are phone conversations and has videos ,
He has brought me to tears many times , he doesn’t shut up in the phone and when you do get in a word he interrupts you , and he told me he does this on purpose , he plays mind games and is way to friendly and not professional , he wines about everything , his kids , how hard he works , his girlfriend/assistant, how much time he’s put into my case , he tells you about other cases , he’s overall a con man stay clear !
