Over the last two years I've had Alaska Tax Lady as my tax preparer, and every year the IRS has reached out to be after the fact to adjust my taxes owed by thousands of dollars. This year I was fed up with waiting weeks for a response from Kenzie Edinger.

Update ** “You had to wait 6 days for your drop off taxes because you kept bringing in documents, our cameras are evidence of that.” ** I’ve only dealt with you folks via email and phone calls and have made sure you’ve had all of my documents. You are worse than a “fast food” tax company.. you’re run by incompetent people. Put down the pipe before you respond.

Tara and John this situation is not going away. Alaska tax lady deleted 7 thousand of my invoices. They have caused minimun $70K in damages and now are hoping to ignore the problem. Do not trust thus business. Take pictures of your communication in their portal because they have the ability to delete your conversations and then gaslight you.
