Called about doing a quick deed, first thing was asked was payment, made the payment asked if I could come in because I was sitting outside she said no need, every question I had made me feel dumb about, hung up on me(130$ was paid) called no answer called no answer, when finally answered said I was sent everything in email, I can look there, asked to explain the process for the new buyers no info was given, made feel embarrassed, asked for money back said she was happy to reverse charge and hung up, so I called Cochise treasure very helpful $30 instead of $130 I hate to write bad reviews being disrespected threw off my whole day

I had a great experience with the ladies of AZ Legal Documents. I contacted JoJo to assist me in filing for divorce. The process was smooth and seamless. There was leg work that I had to put in (gathering necessary info to file in the divorce decree) but I would’ve needed to gather that info regardless of who was going to help me file.

I was relocating out of state shortly after signing the initial divorce documents and I was always able to get prompt responses to any inquiries I had regarding the status of my case. I am happy with the services that they provided.

I first met JoJo in July of 2013. At the time I was living in AZ and I was in the process of taking a job in North Dakota that required a modification of income for my child support.

JoJo and her staff were extremely helpful during this process. Since I had little knowledge in how the process worked, JoJo took the time to explain every detail in a manner that I could easily understand and her team answered any questions that I had.

Her staff always responded to emails in an expeditious manner and in just a few short weeks the modification was complete at about a third or less of the cost it would have been had I hired an attorney.

Four years later, my daughter graduated high school and JoJo helped me with the termination of child support. This was not an easy task as my X wife was not cooperative and she lived in Virginia. JoJo gave me some helpful suggestions that we later utilized with the termination of child support all together when my son graduated high school a few weeks ago.

Again, my X Wife was not cooperative in this manner, but through persistence, accurate information and her communication with the AZ court I am happy to say that I am officially done paying child support!

Anyone that has had to pay child support knows the stress, difficulty and complexity the judicial system can be.

JoJo made the process so much easier. She kept me informed on a regular basis and anytime I sent her an email she and her staff responded quickly with possible resolutions.

It is obvious that her and her staff are extremely knowledgeable with the judicial system and they take care of business in an accurate and efficient manner and again at a fraction of the cost of an attorney.

I highly recommend JoJo and her team to anyone that needs legal help because like she says, " Because you don't always need a lawyer."

Paid to do a trust, they scheduled an appointment to give me the information they needed from me and what I thought would be assistance and answers we had for them. To my surprise they couldn’t answer basic questions about their questioner and suggested I call back with my questions so they could point me in the right direction. So I call back to ask questions and all I got was condescending rude answers, as if I was too stupid to understand. To top it off I was cut off and told to let her finish. Wouldn’t trust their service, they are quick to take your money but can’t even refund your money without having to send you a check back. Horrible customer service, wouldn’t trust do do the job right. Don’t use them!!

Going through a divorce is a very mental and emotionally tough time, trying to file yourself with no outside help can seem overwhelming. After trying to do the process on my own, I stumbled upon AZ Legal Documents by JOJO. Scheduling an initial appointment with JOJO was very easy. She listens to exactly what you need and doesn’t treat your situation the same as any other. The fees are much less than I thought. JoJo is very good at communicating all information she needs to work on your case, she is very detail oriented, and has you review all essential information prior to filing.
