I have not had the privilege to receive their actual service, but I spoke with them on two separate occasions, and both times the person I spoke with was extremely unfriendly, asked me some questions that i was not prepared for, and proceed to let me know that their fee is likely too high for me (excuse me? I'm making 200K, I think I can afford a CPA). In addition they made a comment about my status with the IRS based on that short conversation that was inaccurate and uninformed, and made me worry for nothing.
Short, conceited, they definitely made me feel like they are too precious.

Our company has been using this excellent CPA firm for 6 years and the only thing I can say is they are Fantastic!!! They get the job done quickly, professionally and very reasonably priced. They have saved us money and legal fee's! Trent the brains behind the operation, Steve does not only have all the answers but always looks like he should be in a fashion magazine then Marci just gets the job done! I recommend them highly and if you need collections done just read the previous comment. They are good!

To whom it may concern...
I was quite surprised to see a letter come from Cosse & Wallace CPA's who represent the Foothills South Owner Association. This accounting firm has taken it upon itself to write me a threating letter based on the fact I have not paid my homeowners dues. I wrote the Foothills Owner Association 3 separate letters complaining about a situation with my membership and I never received a reply. I wrote 1 letter in 2012 and 2 letters this year of 2013. I addressed my letters to the president of the HOA and also to the directors of the HOA. Now that I have not sent in my dues all of sudden I have a threat to put a lien no my property. I think this CPA firm of Cosse & Wallace is either not aware of my concerns or they really don't care about anything other than collecting money. So I am stating here my thoughts to try and get some action or reaction from the HOA. I would think a professional CPA firm would be concerned as I am to get things straightened out so their job is easier. Apparently they want to join the HOA and cause me more concern than need be.
