I have left 3 messages with the "intake center" over 4 days with no call back. I called through a company called Expertise today and they did not receive an answer. I really wanted to work with these guys due to all of the positive comments, but if you can't reach them and they do not return calls how can this happen? I am disappointed as I expected great service.

These guys are awesome! They went to bat for me to get my ex employer to pay for all of the hours I worked off the clock. Wonderful law firm, the office manager Jamari is exceptionally professional as well as friendly, as is everybody else I have spoken to throughout my case. They handled my class action suit quickly with intentional care to each individual represented in the case. My settlement was far greater then my highest estimate. They got the job done and quickly. My case was settled in about 6 months. Communication and explanations could have been better between the attorney that was assigned to handle the 1st part of my case and myself. Other than that, I had a good experience working with this firm. The attorney that handled the last phase of my case was very helpful. He communicated well and explained every detail perfectly. He stayed in constant contact with me ensuring that I was understanding the process and to answer any of my questions. All of the paralegals were great and did a perfect job, especially Jamari.
