When you are faced with an unexpected disaster, you need a company who is compassionate and professional. Servpro Team Holland were both. They walked me through my water mitigation and answered my questions. Though it was quite stressful and I was upset at times, they remained patient and responsive. Even when I called them back to reseal my ceiling, they were at my home when an hour to complete that task. I am thankful for their assistance.

We had a 2nd fl laundry room flood. Went down to 1st and then to basement. Serve Pro called and arrived 1 hr later immediately took over and took burden off of us. They came back multiple times to check up on drying status. Referred us to a carpet cleaner for our dining room carpet and even came out to introduce us to the carpet company. Josh, Chaz and Ryan were totally the BEST. There were several others that I didn’t get their names but everyone was so kind and worked hard to help us get back to normal. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs restoration work. They even mopped up the floors after cleaning up the debre from the ceilings. Love love love Serv Pro!!! Thank you!

My experience with ServPro was a nightmare. I've never been lied to or disrespected more in my life. There's no doubt that I was mistreated and taken advantage of because I am a Black female senior citizen. They ruined personal items, treated my things like trash, broke the microwave and refused to acknowledge or replace, left my home filthy dirty, promised my home would be restored to its original condition, which it absolutely was not, and I could go on and on. Please don't use this company or you too will live to regret it.

Please note their response and how they continue to deny what occurred in my home. How dare you suggest that I am trying to make something off this claim. Obviously, your team failed to mention that I was always emphatic about NOT EXPECTING ANYTHING MORE than what I was entitled to. Because of my impaired vision, I am unable to and not comfortable with trying to list/identify more details and other issues in this review. I've called and left a message for someone named Jason who did not return my call. It's clear to me that you're not ever going to be accountable for what I experienced. However, I have NEVER lied or misrepresented my experience with ServPro.

People were nice but they did an awful job. They informed us they got all the mold handled and our kitchen was remediated. I had a third party company come in and check their work before moving forward and there was still wet moldy dry wall in our kitchen, the side of a cabinet was entirely soaked and they never even looked at it. Furthermore, they punched a huge hole in the dry wall (when removing some of it) so therefore actually exposed us to all the wet, moldy dry wall there for over 3 weeks (until Atlantic came in and fixed their work) making our home (which has a toddler and pregnant wife inside) worse off than before they came and opened up the wall.

I would never, ever hire this company again.
